We’ve been renting a house that John manages through Realstar Realty for the past year.
He has been honest in all of our dealings and has always been quick to respond to maintenance requests. We had two maintenance issues while at this particular property; a clogged sewer line and a furnace that died. In both cases he had contractors on site in a matter of hours. The heater was replaced in less than 30 hours from the time I reported the incident. I was impressed.
We are also purchasing a house through John. He has been knowledgeable, easy to reach, and quick to help when things get a little rough. He knows the market well and has protected our interests in the process.
