Danielle grew up in Wheaton. She attended DePaul University for undergrad in Chicago, IL, and also pursued a culinary degree at Kendall College in Chicago, IL. She was a chef at a multitude of notable fine dining restaurants in the city but ultimately found her passion by starting her own beef jerky company. Danielle has cultivated years of experience delivering success through her intimate knowledge of the restaurant industry by working with wholesalers, retailers, and customers, and by training and leading teams in the front and back of successful restaurants. When Danielle is not interacting with clients or customers, you will find her in the kitchen, practicing yoga, hiking or cycling, or enjoying time family and friends.
