After you reach a 'meeting of the minds' both the Buyers and the Sellers initial and sign any modifications to the final contract. While the hardest part of selling is complete the Seller needs to provide some much needed information.

Pull together any important property information that is available including: 1) an old floorplan, 2) a prior survey, 3) a list of your utilities, 4) the name of your Homeowner's Association, etc.

Contact an attorney. Find somebody that you feel comfortable with and who will communicate with you.  Usually, after a contract is written and signed both attorneys have five business days to make appropriate modifications to the contract.  Your RealStar Sales Consultant can provide you with a list of reputable Real Estate attorneys.

After a Sales Contract is completed there may be several instances when various inspectors and/or appraisers need access to the property.  Try to be as accommodating as possible.
